How To Register Free Trial Ff14

Can't annals for trial

Hello, I tried to annals for the game trial, the registration went fine except it says "Yous tin can't use this function" when I input the codes given by the email. I can log in into the Mog thingy, but I can't become my trial status. Wanting to play the game badly, I purchased the game and tried inputting the lawmaking but they provided me with another error which is asking me to contact the support.

I've contacted the support, merely by the mean time any idea why I encountered such errors?

Purchasing the game = xxx days of free fourth dimension, after which y'all MUST subscribe / pay the monthly/whatsoever fee.

If you participated in the beta/alpha/1.0/etc. on your business relationship, you cannot get the gratuitous trial. (Beta/etc. also doesn't count as purchasing the base of operations game, and then you all the same accept to purchase information technology.)

Those are the just other reasons why you wouldn't be able to practice annihilation on it.

Take you loaded the launcher? And I'd concur onto registering the game, every bit yous can take advantage of the free days before subbing. I don't think you need to activate trial status, simply make the account and log in.

Also what errors are yous getting? Any numbers

I've loaded the launcher but I tin can't log in considering I encountered an error when submitting the code from electronic mail. Subsequently unable to login, I buy the complete edition, simply they don't let me redeem the codes.
